I believe PUBG on Xbox One does support keyboard and mouse. If it currently does not, that will be something up to the game's developer to provide.

I believe it will support mouse/keyboard when mouse/keyboard support is released for the xbox one.

I highly doubt this will be ready in time for PUBG coming to game preview this month.

playing pubg against players using adapters will be a difficult task!!

Cross play with PUBG most likely wouldn't be a great idea.

That game struggles enough as is. Not to mention, mouse and keyboard have an edge when it comes to gameplay.
