Why won’t my series x connect to my Wi-Fi but will connect to my hotspot?

I’ve had it for 2 years an ive kept it in great condition. I just looked on other forums an someone said to connect to my hotspot and tried it. It worked but I still can’t get it to connect to my Wi-Fi

It sounds like there’s a problem with your WiFi router or internet connection, have you got in touch with your internet provider?

I tried everything as you suggested, but the issue persists. The Xbox One will connect to my mobile hotspot, but not to my Wi-Fi suddenly. My phone, Fire Stick, Xbox 360, and Switch can connect just fine to Wi-Fi.

Oh no, that's a shame. At least we tried, sorry it did not work

I will be trying this on my series x this afternoon, and hope any one of the options work for my issue

If that worked would that prove that the Wi-Fi receiver in the Xbox is at fault ?

As my Xbox series x and Xbox one connect and play perfectly online via the same Wi-Fi

None of these options worked, and my Xbox series x does connect to the Wi-Fi, I have a good connection. What’s next ?
