Minecraft (and other games) keeps crashing with exit code -1073740791 "outdated graphics...

Every time I try to play 1.20.2 Minecraft java edition, eventually my game crashes to the launcher and gives the exit code -1073740791 and states that this issue is usually caused by an outdated graphics driver or a conflict with screen recording software. However, my NVIDIA graphics driver is up to date and I don't have any screen recording software on my PC. Sometimes this crash occurs while creating a new world, other times the game is able to create the new world but will eventually crash after around 1-2 minutes of gameplay. I have tried:

- Deleting and reinstalling my NVIDIA graphics driver using DDU

- Deleting and reinstalling minecraft and the minecraft launcher

- Using the 'legacy launcher'

- Rolling back my PC to an older windows update

- Deleting and reinstalling java

- Running SFC and DISM

- Allocating more and less RAM to minecraft

Nothing works and I am eventually always met with the same exit code. The reason for the game crash usually differs every time, but the exit code is always -1073740791. I have also tested other games and they seem to also be having issues. For instance, I ran Stardew Valley and tried to create a new save and then the game crashed, however I tried again a second time and this time the new save was created without any issues.
