Unlink my account from my activision account

I tried contacting support for almost a year and got no response and every time I log in on Xbox I’m told to sign up but when I do that it doesn’t create and instead becomes frozen

Not only that, but I would like to let you know that it is important to point out that it is not possible to unlink an Activision account from your Microsoft account, the process always needs to be done in the Activision linked accounts management site.

If you’re not able to do this, and Activision support is not capable of providing further assistance, I’m afraid to say there are no further options available in this particular case.

However, you may want to create a new Microsoft account, add it to your console and link it to a new Activision account just to play games that require an Activision account.

Another question I talked to activision support he sayed that my progress saved on activision ID not platform if I creat new account and use Gmail of activision will my progress still save?

If you're not able to access or verify your identity with the Activision account that has the 2FA enabled and if the issue persist across any device or wifi network

You may need to reach them and see if it's possible to recover your account

There is something that I don't quite get it.
The 2FA was activated in your Activision account or in your Microsoft account?

In any case, can you try using a different device, browser or wifi network to see if the issue persists in the sign in screen?

PS: The only way to unlink a third party account from your Microsoft account is log into that account and manually unlink it or work with their support (in your case Activision support)
From Microsoft side is not possible to unlink third party accounts
