I can't sign into my ps4 Microsoft account on minecraft.

Is there any way possible to be able to use my Ps4 mojang/Microsoft email on my new ps4 with the same Email that I've been using. Because I want to use my Email to sign into my ps4 minecraft.

To answer your question about unlinking Minecraft account to Microsoft account that would be not possible as your credentials for signing into Minecraft is using Microsoft account. On the other hand, unlink a Microsoft account linked to PlayStation will not be possible too per support article: Minecraft: Bedrock Edition for PlayStation® FAQ | Minecraft Help.

Thanks for clarifying, the unlink process will depend on the PlayStation account policy for this game.

Should you be getting an error message like this: "looks like this account is already connected." You may try to check this bug raised to Minecraft support team - [MCPE-96635] Says "looks like this account is already connected" and Unlinking Microsoft Account does not work - Jira (mojang.com).

However, for the error message: "Microsoft account already linked to PSN." You may try to follow the steps that worked on them: NEW FIX for PS4 Error Message: Microsoft account already linked to PSN - Microsoft Community.

It's not that I don't have access to my Microsoft account. The fact that I can't unlink my Microsoft account that's connected to something that I can't unlink without knowing where to start.

To address your question, as PlayStation have their own dedicated team for account concerns, it is best to seek assistance to their team about the PlayStation account. For the linking process of the account and games, it depends on the game support or developer if unlinking is supported. For this case, Minecraft already noted that it is not possible.

So, for assistance of how to get into your Microsoft account using the email address it is linked into, please try the steps below:

1. Go to this link: Microsoft account | Home
   
2. Sign in to your account.
   
3. If you see an error message, please take a screenshot and conceal your personal information.
   
4. Post the screenshot in your next reply.
   

If the known password did not work when you try to sign into your account, please try this:

1. Go to account.microsoft.com and if you’re not already signed in, sign in with the username and current password for the account you want to update.
   
2. From the navigation header, select Security and because you’re accessing sensitive info, you’ll need to enter the password for this account again.
   
3. From the Password security tile, select Change my password.
   
4. On the Change your password page, enter your current password and then enter your new password.
   
   For additional security, select the optional checkbox which prompts you to update your password every 72 days.
   
5. Select Save.
   

If you couldn't change your password this way, see Reset your Microsoft account password.
