My son's Xbox keeps freezing on Fortnite and Minecraft

I am very sorry that you are going through this problem, this mostly happens when it is a cache problem. Personally, it happened to me once and with these steps I managed to solve the problem:

1. Go to Xbox, press and hold the XBOX power button on your console for 10 seconds until it turns off
2. Wait 10 seconds for it to turn off
3. Wait 1 minute with it off
4. Turn it back on

The other option to restore your console:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.
Select System > Settings > System > Console Information
Select Reset console.
Restore and maintain my games and applications.
Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves.

Note: You must know the email and passwords for your accounts when performing this reset.

fortnite keeps freezing and crashing

Minecraft. Fortnite has made my son and his friends turn into little monsters. I hate that game.

My xbox keeps freezing and freezing and idk if it's cuz my world is to big for minecraft (19MB) or if it's cuz my xbox is really hot but ever sens the new update for minecraft came out it just keeps freezing as soon as I go into the world the first 2 minutes
are ok but then it freezes I have my xbox in the freezer right now cooling down and I'll try to delete some minecraft things but all I know is notch or 4j studios needs to fix this fast cuz I have a important server I'm running and I can't get it running if
this keeps freezing I have found a little something that helps if you go into your game save right away and move a little then save do this about 10 times and it should not freeze but keep saving ever once awhile

My sons xbox one keeps freezing during gameplay and returns to the homescreen, have tried rebooting Internet also as with the console. Still persists please help
