Unpacking not loading

I'm sorry that you are having problems starting your game, below I will leave you some possible solutions.

Check for updates in Windows;
Press the Start button on the taskbar, type settings, and then select Settings.
In Windows 10, select Update & security. In Windows 11, select Windows Update.
On the Windows Update tab, select Check for updates to see if updates are available for your device.
Once the updates are downloaded, select Install now to begin the installation.
After installation, we recommend that you restart your device so that the latest updates are applied.

Update Xbox and Gaming Services apps:

Press the Start button on the taskbar, type store, and open the Microsoft Store app.
Select Library.
Under Updates & downloads, check to see if updates are available for the Xbox app or Gaming Services app. If an update is available, select Update.

Update the game;

Open the Xbox app for Windows
Under My Library, select the game title.
Select the More options button (…) and choose Manage.
Select Files and then Check for updates.

Repair the game;

Open the Xbox app for Windows
Under My Library, select the game title.
Select the More options button (…) and choose Manage.
Select Files, then Check and Repair.

Remove and Reinstall Gaming services

Reinstall the Gaming Services app on your Windows 10/11 device:
Press the Start button on the taskbar, type PowerShell, right-click Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.
In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:
get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:
start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

Restart your device and try installing the game again.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Kindly repair the game by following the steps below:

Windows Settings > Apps & Features > Apps > Search for the game > Advanced Options > Repair > Restart PC.

Please check your graphics driver as well if it's updated via device manager.

The game takes a long time to load due to the large number of assets that has to unpack and load into ram. This is the same way it is on very fast high-end gaming PCs as well. Load the game, get a drink and a snack come back and it’ll be ready to go

because the game is approx 135GB on PC but it requires a min of 150GB available and when downloading will require much more due to downloading and unpacking the files, once the files are unpacked and installed the temp files are removed.

The same happened with Unpacking, Supraland and Limbo
