    I can't install the Disney+


    I can't install the Disney+ app on my Xbox One console. The installation stops instantly. Error 0x80248014 appears. Microsoft Rewards on Xbox is also not installed

    We performed the operations according to the instructions sent. There is no positive result. We have an error 0x80248014, but there is no such code on the site. The application is listed in the installed ones, in fact it is not installed. I also added a photo of the TV screen in this email.

    Hi Anton! I hope you are well, delighted to be able to offer you my help!

    In many cases, these errors are related to the Microsoft Store and may be missing system or store updates, or the store may need to be restarted.

    Solution 1. Check for updates.

    Press Windows logo key + i.
    In Settings, go to Update & security > Windows Update, then select Check for updates.
    Install any available updates and restart your computer.

    Solution 2. Troubleshooter.

    If you are having problems with any of the Windows Store apps, do the following:

    Run: Troubleshooter for Windows applications.
    Select Open.
    Wait for the process to finish and restart your computer.

    Solution 3: Restart Windows Store.

    Open Command Prompt as administrator: Press the Windows key to open Start, type the word CMD, select Command Prompt, right-click on it and then the Run as Administrator option.
    Type the WSRESET command.
    When the process is finished, restart your computer.

    If it is for Xbox, you can perform the following steps:

    Go to my apps and games, then the full library, then all the apps I owned, then the Disney plus app, I pressed the three line button on the controller, went to manage the app and then install the app.

    It seems like Disney has opted to use the Redstar streaming service, so we have "Disney", but it's not really Disney. It's Redstar, streaming Disney content.

    It's mind boggling how Netflix and Amazon can offer a great Windows 10 app, but South Africans are blocked from installing the official Disney app

    Nope, didn't work. I have a feeling there must be something up with disney right now since every other app allows me to preview their install page except disney plus.
