Microsoft glosses over problems with XBOX X on Unreal Engine games

I do understand the urgency of you wanting to find other ways for this issue of yours in regards with all the Unreal Engine games that is crashing and hangs up. We are very glad to find some of the best possible options that we can find or share.

We just want to set your proper expectations on this and we do understand as well the experience that you are facing on this issue of yours in regards with all the games on Unreal Engine but all other games within Rockstar or EA games are perfectly working fine base on the subscription. And for this as well, I also do believe you too that it is not your Xbox Console that is having problems since other games are working but the only problem is that there are specific games that are experiencing crashing and freezing while playing.

For now, as we have isolated this issue of yours. We here on Microsoft Community, all issues and problems that you have that you post here on our platform, we do highly appreciate the fact that you have given efforts onto this to type and share the main concern that you have.

In addition, it seems like this issue of yours is within game specific issues on a specific game developer. You can try to reach out to the Unreal Games Support if they can give you some information's with this issue. And you can reach out here on this link: Unreal Engine Support

And for additional information since you already tried to factory reset your console and as well you have mentioned that it is not the issue on the Xbox Console. It will not be taken against you, but you can try to do these steps to try and see if issue do still persist.

• Sign-out and Sign-in your Xbox Profile on your Xbox Console and try to launch the game again
  
• For profile specific, can you try to sign in your profile on another Xbox Console so that we can try to see and check if it will work on the other Xbox Console and if issue will not persist.

Ummm sapparently you never played any series x games have you?

Very few games don't use unity or unreal

But unity is dated compared to frostbite or unreal not sure why you want to use a non optimized engine you typically want to use optimized engines

To take advantage of hardware

A LOT OF new games use the latest unreal engine

I think the lawsuit is bogus. but there you have it. What do I kno since I am not behind the scenes. I just find it strange that no other developer before or after had problems using the unreal engine.
