why will nothing download and update from the xbox app

To help you resolve this issue, I need to ask you a few questions to better understand your situation. Please answer them as accurately as possible.



- What is the error message or code that you see when you try to download or update a game from the Xbox app?

- How much free space do you have on your PC's hard drive or SSD where you want to install the games?

- Have you tried running the Xbox app as an administrator or in compatibility mode?

- Have you checked your internet connection speed and stability? Are you using a wired or wireless connection?

- Have you tried clearing the cache and data of the Xbox app and the Microsoft Store app?

- Have you tried signing out and signing back in to your Microsoft account on your PC and the Xbox app?

- Have you tried resetting the Xbox app or reinstalling it from the Microsoft Store?

To troubleshoot this problem, please follow these steps:



1. Make sure your PC meets the minimum system requirements for the games you want to play. You can check the requirements on the game's store page or on the official website of the game developer.

2. Run the Windows Update Troubleshooter to fix any potential issues with your Windows updates. You can find it in Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Windows Update.

3. Run the Xbox App Troubleshooter to fix any potential issues with the Xbox app. You can find it in Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Xbox > Advanced options > Repair or Reset.

4. Clear the cache of the Xbox app by deleting the contents of these folders: %localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.GamingApp_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache and %localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.GamingApp_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\INetCache

5. Check your network connection and make sure it is stable and fast enough for downloading and updating games. You can test your network speed and latency on the Xbox app by going to Settings > General > Network settings > Test network speed & statistics.

6. If none of the above steps work, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app and the Gaming Services app. To do this, open PowerShell as an administrator and run these commands:

The Youtube app for xbox 360 is updated from time to time this is why it requires a constant live connection. In case of impending updates to solve the issue delete the app, clear your console cache and download the app again.

Nope, still nothing.

You know, I think I might know why this issue is happening, every time I try to download the Xbox App from the Microsoft Store, it gives me an error saying:

Try again later
Something happened on our end

Then it continues downloading as if nothing happened.

Maybe if I fix that issue, the Xbox App will start working again.

Same problem, i dont now why i can not more download the game from microsoft store, i must install that trash xbox app and that works nothing , Steam , Epic , origin all works but that xbox app works nothing the joke is i must close that **** over task manager...Say good bye to the game pass...
