Cloud gaming issues for 9+days

Wondering if anyone has an explanation for this, maybe a guess when truly resolved not just "kind of working for now barely stable but long queues", or at least some update that they know every day has cloud issues?

Would be nice to know that all these freezes, DC's, long queues, DC during long queues then requeue and repeat, games unable to sync, etc.. are noticed and being fixed.

Pretty ridiculous, fix your product, or start automatic discounts or refunds for the hassle.

After 9 days the achievement unlocked while playing another game. This issue is resolved.

The simple answer is to sign out and resign in. That is typically the issue. Here's a link to cloud data. That said it could very well be a common server issue:

If you're using a web browser to play cloud games, the Xbox Wireless Controller is currently the only officially supported controller. Other controllers may or may not work for cloud gaming in a browser.
