I do understand the urgency of you wanting to find other ways for this issue of yours in regards with your games suddenly disconnects and as well as the Xbox game bar party chat. We are very glad to find some of the best possible options and troubleshooting's that we can provide for you.

We just want to set your proper expectations on this that we do understood and isolated your issue of your games and not just specifically on 1 game but all other games that you owned that disconnects and as well as your Xbox Game bar party chat as well. We will try to seek some possible troubleshooting that we can do in order for us to find better options with this as well and if issue do still persist, we will let you know what we can share to you as we move along.

Here are some troubleshooting that you can do:

• Update your Windows device and make sure it is up to date
  
• Update your Graphics Driver or Display Adapters on the device manager
  
• Update the Xbox Game Bar on your Windows device
  
• Power Cycle your internet connection modem/router: By doing that, unplug all wired connections on your router to any ports that is connected and as well as on the power source where you plug the router to turn on. Wait for 30 seconds, plug back all in and reconnect as it was before and see and play your games if issue do still persist
  
• Try to connect your internet connection on your device via Ethernet Cable. This is for us to isolate as well if it will produce internet quality on your device if Ethernet Cable is used if you do have one
  

We are trying to find other ways on this for us to get ahold of this issue of yours since I am a gamer myself, we do really want to get back to gaming on how the way it was before without this issues and I fell you on being AFK on your games and that will really lead you to a penalty. For now, let us just try all of these steps and just let us know.

Party chat on Windows/Xbox App still works. An alternative is the Xbox game bar Party.

To bring up the Xbox game bar, Hold the Windows button and Press "G"

From there you will be able to initiate a Party and Much more!

Its when joining party chats it will randomly kick me out of the game bar, no error messagss.

Just to clarify you are talking about PC? If so are you on windows 10 or windows 11 and are you using the Xbox app or the Game Bar for parties?
