Log-in issues regarding the Minecraft account Post-migration process

I need help nothing is working i just want to post-migrate.

We just want to set your proper expectations. We would like to inform you that the deadline to migrate your Mojang Minecraft account to Microsoft was on September 29, 2023. However, we can still try to assist you with the post-migration process.



Regarding your concern with Step 1 of the post-migration process, it is important to note that you need to use your Microsoft account to log in. If you do not have a Microsoft account linked to your Mojang account, you will need to create one.



To create a Microsoft account, please follow these steps:



1. Go to the Microsoft account sign-up page:

• https://account.microsoft.com/account
  

2. Enter your Mojang account email address in the

• "Email or phone" field.
  

3. Create a password for your Microsoft account and enter it in the

• "Password" field.
  

4. Click on the "Next" button.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the account creation process.



Once you have created your Microsoft account, you can use it to log in to the post-migration process and complete the migration.

The reason you are logged in to a different account during the post-migration process is because that account is actually associated with your Minecraft account.

You need to access that specific Microsoft account where your Minecraft is associated. Once you have access to the Microsoft account, proceed with the post-migration process.

To find the Microsoft account where your Minecraft is linked, please check all of your Microsoft accounts by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/ and then the 'Payment & billing' tab, select Order history, and look for Minecraft transactions.

If you have found any Minecraft transactions, use the same Microsoft account to complete the post-migration process.

Mojang accounts were migrated for a period of time with the aim of moving all players' Minecraft accounts under Microsoft accounts. This migration process involved transferring data and game information related to Mojang accounts to the new Microsoft account system. During the migration, players will receive detailed instructions and steps on how to perform the migration via email. This means that during the migration process, players only need to follow the guidelines to seamlessly transfer their Minecraft game progress, purchase history, and other account information to their Microsoft account.



However, with the passage of time, the deadline for Minecraft account migration has ended and new Mojang account migration requests are no longer being accepted. In other words, you will no longer be able to log in to Minecraft using your old Mojang account. all players must access and log in to Minecraft through their Microsoft account. as a result of this change, any players who have not completed the account migration will no longer be able to continue to play with their original Mojang account.



In order to continue playing, you will need to log in to Minecraft with a Microsoft account, and if you don't already have a Microsoft account, you can easily create one and associate it with your Minecraft game.
