How can I cancel stop xbox charges\

To turn off the recurring billing of a suscription please follow the following procedure

1. Please go to the services and subscriptions website and make sure you are logged into the account you want to turn off the recurring billing:

2. In the subscription you want to turn off recurring billing for, select "Manage" and then "Turn off recurring billing".

This way, you won't be automatically charged money from your payment method to renew the subscription at the end of each period. Instead, when your subscription expires, you will need to manually purchase it again.

I can’t acces my old account and email and I’m now paying for something I can’t use

How can I cancel it without signing into that account????

The only way to cancel it from Xbox's end would be to have access to the account.

If you cannot access the account then the only other way to stop the charges would be to have your bank block any future charges.

If an Xbox Live account is permabanned the subscription tied to that account is cancelled. So it sould stop charging for the renewal.

I have charges on my debit card for xbox live. I do not even know what an xbx live is. I have had charges in September and now October.

How do I cancel this> when I do not subscribe??? Do I trust that when I change my debit card the xbox charge will stop> Or continue?

Please advise. Thank you - I cannot afford this.
