I didn't get the Xbox Live Gold Memory Badge

i also never got it and had a subscription was online the day gold was discontinued because i also got gold online redeemed it got tolled that my gold will be converted to ultimate thought that would work but no.

I’ve seen plenty of people ask the same question with all of them receiving the same answer.

Apparently the roll out for the badge is slow but as long as you’ve had the subscription at some point, you should get it.

I think I joined the Xbox Insider program. But my console didn't join the insider update, is that relevant?

Since you are indeed an Xbox Insider, please submit a report to Team Xbox using Xbox Insider Hub app on Xbox Console. This way your account will be investigated by the team as to why you did not have the Xbox Live Gold badge.
