Halo war 2 Character got no voice

What device are we using to play this game?: Cyperpower PC
Was this working before? : No it was a problem since Installing it for first time.

Thank you for replying on this thread on behalf of my colleague I will continue to ask some questions for us to proceed and isolate on this issue more.

Since you have answered the questions that my colleague had asked. For now, allow me to ask as well for some information's that we may need to know more about this issue of yours.

• Where did you installed this game. On the Microsoft Store or Xbox App?
  
• What other Xbox Games that you have installed? If so, can you try to launch and play that game if the audio is working.
  
• Was this audio issue persist as well on downloading other games on the Microsoft Store?
  

We are just asking these questions so that we can try to dig deep onto more information that we can gather and since this is the first time to install and issue persist on the first time. Possible this issue lands on the in-game audio settings on the game.

But before we conclude, games downloaded from Microsoft Store and Xbox App are different. So try both of this platforms, download games on each platforms and launch and play the a game and see if audio is working so that we can conclude if it will only occur on the in-game audio on Halo War 2 or will it also persist as well on other games.

Before we proceed, I will be asking you few questions that will help us understand further:

• Does this issue persist to this game only?
  
• What device are we using to play this game?
  
• Was this working before?
  

In the meantime, I would recommend checking if the audio settings in the game are properly configured. You can do this by following these steps:



1. Launch the game and go to the Options menu.

2. Select Audio.

3. Check if the Voice Volume is set to a reasonable level. If it's too low, increase it and check if the issue is resolved.



If the issue persists, I would suggest checking if your audio drivers are up to date. You can do this by following these steps:



1. Press the Windows key + X and select Device Manager.

2. Expand the Sound, video and game controllers section.

3. Right-click on your audio device and select Update driver.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to update the driver.



If the issue still persists, you can try resetting the game to its default settings. Here's how you can do it:



1. Launch the game and go to the Options menu.

2. Select Settings.

3. Scroll down and select Reset to Defaults.

4. Confirm the action and check if the issue is resolved.

Finaly finsished updates and problem solved. uninstalling and reinsatlling fix it.
