Is it possible to recover my save file?

Hi Charles. If the saved data is still in the cloud, it should be possible to recover and will automatically sync the next time the game is launched. Otherwise, if it's deleted from the cloud, I'm afraid the progress is permanently lost and can't be recovered.

I am not sure what exactly you are trying to transfer, but if you overwrite or delete something on the cloud, there are no options available to recover it.

The saves are stored on the cloud, so if you buy the game, you'll pick up where you left off.

Thx mister gwyther, I've not tried any of the proposals you've mention. I gonna try the first one . If this works, you know if it will be possible to recover the games files(saves, achievements, etc) from my other profile in the new profile?

I reinstalled the game and my save file is gone. I have been playing for about 10 - 15 hours I need that save back! is there anyway to recover the file?!
