Yeah, every time someone adds onto it saying they tweaked a step and it works I get all excited, just to be stuck with the 0% 0B/s download...

My only saving grace here is that most of the games I can't download on the Xbox App are just fine on the console side of things, but PC users shouldn't have to be jumping through this many hoops and hurdles.

Hey, Just an update on my situation with the Xbox pc app error code. I managed to download Back 4 Blood and it was running fine. Although I had to reboot the app several times. When I tried forza 5 again, same thing, stuck at 15%/15.8 gb. So I gave up and tried one more thing, and that was to switch to Windows 10. After factory resetting my pc I started the download again and managed to finally download it without any issues. except that I was getting 0b/s some times, but after a while it wen back up.

So I was able to take ownership of the files and delete the Skyrim files, but now when I try to download skyrim again, it does not download and gets stuck at 0% with a 0b/s download speed, despite my connection to the internet.

Hi, i have MSFS through XBOX on PC. its showing the update is 0B / 0B so basically downloading nothing.
I have not seen this problem before and restarting the game/PC does nothing.
