my account got hacked and now I'm permanently banned on it what should I do?

What should I do if someone else had access to my account and had broken the terms and conditions while using my account? Is it still my fault that my account got permanently banned?

26 with score of 53205, but this is my second account due to my first one with 75k got hacked and permanently banned

Not this account got ban it my old account is permanent is banned about 3 years go and this my new one and it got ban for 4 days for trash talk then I realise what I doing wrong then I stop doing it
