To troubleshoot this issue, please try the following steps:



Power cycle your Xbox Series X and your router.

Turn off your Xbox Series X and unplug the power cable from the back of the console. Then, unplug the power cable from your router. Wait for 30 seconds, then plug the power cable back into your router and turn it on. Wait for the router to fully boot up, then plug the power cable back into your Xbox Series X and turn it on.



Check your network settings.

Go to Settings > Network > Network settings on your Xbox Series X and make sure that your network is set to "Connected" and that your IP address is set to "Automatic". Also, make sure that your DNS settings are set to "Automatic".



Check your UPnP settings.

Go to Settings > Network > Network settings > Advanced settings > UPnP on your Xbox Series X and make sure that UPnP is enabled.



Check your router settings.

Make sure that your router is set up to allow UPnP and that your Xbox Series X is listed as a connected device.



Check for any firmware updates for your router.

Visit your router manufacturer's website to see if there are any firmware updates available for your router.

All I know is that the only console I own that has this problem is my Xbox Series X. I have no other issues with anything else. My phone, my roku, my ps5, my switch. Everything else connects to my network just fine. This is a problem the Xbox Series X has had since it came out.

Same thing happening here. I am using XBOX model X. I am not experiencing this with other games. I am connected via WiFi. Under current network status it says: IPv4 & IPv6, NAT type: Moderate, UPnP not successful, Xbox.com/xboxone/UPnP, All services are available.
