Hitman 3 won't donwload on game pass PC

So when I go to the Hitman 3 game on game pass and click on install and select the install location the download looks like it starts but stays at 0% and then says it had an error and gives me the error code 0x80070002 and I can't figure out what is causing the issue with the install.

Yeah I tried all that and still didnt work.

For some reason when I go to users on my C drive and click on my profile I dont have an appData folder.

If there's nothing pending, kindly right-click the Start button on your taskbar, and then select Windows Terminal (Admin). In the Administrator,: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:

Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage

I checked for that and I also updated my drivers earlier after the first failed attempt.
