I can't adjust the chat mixer audio on xbox.

However, before that, I would like to ask if you tried to run the Audio troubleshooting tool on your console:

“Press the Xbox button  on your controller to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Volume & audio output.

Select the Audio setup option under Advanced.

Highlight the audio setup option you wish to use, and then press the A button  to begin the audio test.

Note: The audio setup options in this list will vary depending on the audio set up your console detects. The console will only display the options that are available to test.

Watch the animations displayed as the test is running to determine if the audio is not playing back through a specific speaker in your setup, and troubleshoot that speaker if you notice any playback errors.”

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. There is an audio setting called chat mixer which balances the party chat volume with the rest of the volume on the console. The article entitled

Troubleshoot Audio Problems in Parties on Xbox One explains how to adjust the chat mixer. Be sure to let us know the results!

check the headset chat mixer in your audio settings also check the xbox general settings Go to your volume and audio out put in xbox settings and adjust your volume options in the chat mixer the party chat output and finally see what setting you have
under the headset audio. If you need assistance with this please come back and one of our volunteers will be able to assist your issue.

• With your headset attached, press the glowing “Xbox” button
• Navigate to the “System” tab
• Select “Audio”
• Adjust the “Headset chat mixer” option
  • Slide the bar left to favor game audio
  • Slide the bar right to favor chat audio

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Try adjusting the Headset chat mixer. You can find this setting by pressing the Xbox putton in the middle of your controller. From the guide menu that pops up, scroll all the way to the right. Select "Audio"
and then adjust the Headset chat mixer to your preferred mix.

Please note that the audio option only pops up when you have your headset plugged in.
