    I wasn't really able to find any definite answer online and I am just trying to figure out if I need to buy the game again. It cemetery loads up and connects to bethesda.net but I still don't know.

    I understand you need help with your disc not reading anymore.

    Please check this link for some steps you can do:

    If this is the only disc game you are having issues with and other disc games are working fine, the disc may already be corrupted and need a replacement copy.

    Firstly thank you for your help.

    Ejected disk

    Cancelled current doom installed.

    Cleared local saved games.

    Xbox rebooted green screen appeared.

    Inserted disk.

    Doom eternal standard edition install screen appears.

    Select all

    Install.....

    Doom baytlemode install starts.

    Campaign is queued.

    Update message appears.

    I select update

    Campaign is now installed

    Battlemode is updating

    Installation stopped

    Then updating started without me doing anything.

    Installation. Stopped

    Then updating....

    Installation stopped

    Disc 482.04mb of 31.30GB

    Network w.38GB of 59.13GB

    3.2%

    I then press resumed

    Updating......

    Doom Eternal Download Error

    I tried your suggestions and the ones above and am still receiving the same error. The issue I've seen from most of my research is that the actual Doom Eternal game is split into battlemode, and campaign and when trying to install Doom Eternal Standard Edition (PC) there is some issue with the order. This was confirmed from reddit threads MONTHS ago, and it is still an ongoing issue. I have tried every order in downloading and I am still receiving 0x803fb107(an error that isn't even listed in the error code information page for Microsoft). I don't understand how this can't be resolved as steam seems to have none of these issues with installation.

    Even after all the steps, this is what I am getting. The DOOM Eternal Standard Edition (PC) download is failing with 0x803fb107 and then the DOOM Eternal (BATTLEMODE - PC) Is failing with the 0x80073cf3.
