    What OS version are you currently on? You can find this info in Settings > System > Console info.

    Are you experiencing this issue on an Xbox One or Series X|S? Please specify the exact model.

    Sorry for the slow reply.

    The unexpected behaviour with the display might be a software issue, so it would be best to create a bug report so that it can be looked into and properly addressed.

    Then again, it could also be hardware related (the more likely reason and particularly if any system updates don’t improve or resolve the fault), so you might need to request a repair or replacement.

    Either way, you should contact support if the issue continues.
