Unlink Blizzard from Xbox Account

The process of linking the account is done at blizzard and they, and only them, can help with this, what happened is that your account progress was before linking, and when linking the account it was deleted. In this problem also only blizzard can help you, inside the game only they can touch.

Because TURTLE is not an Xbox error code, we cannot do anything to fix that issue, only the developers can. As far as unlinking your accounts, there is nothing in the Xbox app that dictates the connection:

To try and explain this more basically trying to get overwatch 2 coins on my blizzard account but I purchased them on the Xbox store but I have my Xbox account connected to blizzard so it should work from what I understand

I understand you need help unlinking a PSN account from your Xbox accout.

Just a heads up that unlinking this would really require you to have access to your PSN account because that is where you also need to unlink it from your Xbox account.

There is no option from the Xbox account to unlink the PSN account unfortunately because this was linked through PSN in the first place. You would need to recover the PSN account in order for you to do that.
