Just a heads up, due to different factors that can cause data loss, it's not guaranteed that you could recover your data especially if the lost data is from the cloud.

What exactly is her Xbox console model?
What steps have you tried so far?

I suggest that you ask her to power cycle her console, re-add her account and also clear her local save and resync it with the cloud. The full steps can be found through the link below:

sign out of your profile , then right back in , if that doesn't work , try this below.....

go into settings and accounts and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while
it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up , re add your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while
but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...

all my saved games on the usb won't come up when I load try to load on each of my games. it tell me there is no saved data and I would have to create new data !!! ugh!!!

Did you already overwrite the cloud save with the local save data that you loaded?

I'm having trouble recovering console data for WWE 2k15, but instead I keep loading old cloud data I saved on the cloud, how can I load my console data instead of the cloud data.
