How do I fix MW2 from black screening after I open my menu?

Please try the following steps one at a time to resolve the issue:



Solution 1: Do a power cycle to clear the cache of the console



1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.

Solution 2: If there is an external hard drive connected to your console now, turn off your console then disconnect it, turn on your console without and see if everything is working fine. It is possible that the issue caused by a corrupted hard drive.

Solution 3: Try setting up manual DNS settings.

1. Please go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > DNS settings >> manual

2. Primary DNS: 208.67.222.222

3. Secondary DNS: 208.67.220.220

Solution 4: Do a factory reset.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

3. Select Reset console.

4. Reset and keep my games & apps.

Mine. Is doing the same thing on the campaign. I finish the mission and then it's a black screen and I can't even open the Xbox menu with my controller.

All my games work fine, except Minecraft everytime I open Minecraft on my xbox360 it shows a sandstone building with people on top and it says Mojang, then the screen goes black. How do I fix this?

A few days ago my xbox froze up suddenly so I tried to switch it off and on again, only it wouldn't start up once I switched it on. After switching on the xbox, it displays the green startup screen for about
10 minutes, after that its just a black screen in which I cannot do anything. After another 10 minutes it will let me bring up the menu but nothing else l. If I try to click on home or any game, it just takes me back to that black screen. I've tried turning
it off and on and leaving it on that black screen for hours, but it still doesn't load anything, not even the home. How do I fix?
