Two Minecraft Accounts On the Same Email

When I migrated my Mojang account a while back, I accidentally used an email that was connected to an Xbox account that I don't use that doesn't have Minecraft. When I try to log in, I get logged in with the Xbox account, and would have to buy Minecraft again in order to play. When I tried to delete the Xbox account in hopes of recovering my game, I was informed that my account was under a Microsoft Family and as a child, I didn't have the permissions to delete the account. I also cannot switch the email associated with the account and I don't know what else to do. Is it even possible to get my account back?

If you’ve migrated your account to a wrong Microsoft account, I suggest you contact Minecraft team as also advised on their article here: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/44.... They’ll need to review your transaction ID or order number to validate your game license to process the request. Kindly submit the request here: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/new.

It isn't quite possible to have 2 accounts on one email address. Once a gamertag is attached to an email, you can't use that email for a different account. Kindly check the emails you have for where the second account is located.

Unfortunately, Microsoft does not officially support transferring Minecraft accounts between different Microsoft accounts. However, there are a few things you can try to resolve your situation:

Contact Mojang Support:

This is the most likely way to get your original Minecraft account back. Be prepared to provide Mojang with as much information as possible, including:

The email address associated with both of your Microsoft accounts
The username of the Minecraft account you want to recover

Any purchase receipts or proof of ownership for your Minecraft account
A detailed explanation of what happened and how you accidentally migrated the wrong account

Try linking your Microsoft accounts:

If your original Microsoft account and the incorrect Minecraft account are still linked, you may be able to unlink the incorrect account and link the correct one. To do this:

Go to the Mojang website and click on "Sign in"

Click on "Microsoft" and enter the login information for your original Microsoft account

Go to your Mojang account settings and click on "Linked accounts"

If the incorrect Minecraft account is listed, click on "Unlink"

Then, try migrating your Minecraft account again using the correct Microsoft account

You can not have 2 different xbox profiles with one email I would double check the emails you can check the email on the xbox by going to settings and under the account tab go to sign in security and passkey and it will tell you what the email address is
that is associated with the account that you are signed into on the xbox

With regards to your concern, may I ask if you are playing the game via Xbox console or is this for a Minecraft PC, mobile version?

For Xbox, if you own the Xbox version of Minecraft you have the option to share the game to all users on the same Xbox via Home Xbox feature. Once you set a console as the Home Xbox, the game license will be shared to all users so you won't need to buy the game for the other account.

In addition to this, if you are not sure what email address is associated to your gamertag you can visit https://account.microsoft.com/profile page to manage your email address. You will then find here what is the email alias, then you may check what gamertag it is associated via https://account.xbox.com/profile page.
