Unable to install app's on Microsoft store

When I try to install any app and press the "Install" button It goes gray for a bit and then return to orange.

Edit : It's not only Minecraft launcher. It's *any* app

I see. Are you also unable to install games using the Microsoft Store app?

I understand. To submit a report, you can simply press the Start button, and then enter Feedback Hub in the search box. Open the Feedback Hub app, and then select Report a problem. You're also getting error code 0x800706BA when running the commands so you can check https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/fix-e... for more steps.

I can't downgrade since it's been almost a year now since the upgrade. But where would I report an issue?
