Can i recover games from suspended account and put them on another one?

At the beginning of the month, my account got hacked, I made multiple tickets but they couldn't do anything but suspend my account. I have years of playing and progress and I wonder if I can get the games I had for free because I don't want to pay again for them.

nothing can be transferred from a Microsoft account to another one, you would need to ask Microsoft to recover the old account and pester them until.

I'm willing to bet you bought them on another account. What other accounts resided on your old console?

Recover them all to your new console and try to download those games from each one.

So if I get suspended do I still get to access my games because on PSN you CAN NOT access your games or even redownload them while suspended. Not even on another account.

As long as you are using your home xbox you can still play your games IF they were already downloaded beforehand. If your account gets banned/suspended and you didnt already have the games downloaded then you would lose access to them.
