    Why didn't I get the exclusive avatar item?


    I was in shock; I checked my inventory, and it wasn't even there. I payed 6000 Microsoft Points for the exclusive avatar item, but I got none.

    The Exclusive Hellbug Combat Cap & Lock Box are in-game items for your character in the game and not xbox live avatar items.

    I tried that, but seeing how it is beyond the 14 day limit AND there is no monetary value for the Spyro XBox avatar item, they weren't able to help. Can you please just send a code for the XBOX EXCLUSIVE AVATAR ITEM THAT WAS PROMISED IN THE PROMOTION?!!!!

    If you can log onto the xcl.xbox.com site (which seems to not be working at the moment) and have joined the site, you can redeem the avatar shirt under loot in the bottom tree (with ambassador/enforcement/ and new tab beta).
