I’m getting follow botted on Xbox can I get banned for someone else doing this

hi i was wondering can i get banned for botted xbox followers someone botted me and im very scared

Yes i understand i have been banned for botted followers but what im saying I DID NOT bot the followers. People use a tool to bot follow someone’s account and the account owner pays the price for SOMEONE ELSE bot following THEIR account do you not understand how this is wrong? It is entirely out of my control i cant stop someone from spamming bots to follow my account and the enforcement team knows this. Like i could find someone to bot follow someone’s account and result in their account getting banned how is that even legal or fair? I understand there is nothing you can do to help except send the same enforcement link which doesnt do anything as my appeal was already denied but i am posting this to spread awareness to other players that may have the same issue. Microsoft need to fix this immediately it is wrong to permanently ban someone for someone else bot following their account making me lose all my games and content i have paid for and all my progress over 16+ years with 111k gamerscore.

You will not get banned unless you did something wrong to get all these followers. If nothing wrong was done, you can rest at ease. This is a known situation and you will not get suspended just because many people/bots started following you.

You won't get banned for the number of followers you have. If you believe they are fake/bot accounts, then report and block the accounts using the Xbox reporting feature. I’ve done all that and of course since the person didn’t say exactly “I’m gonna rape you” xbox doesn’t give a ****, since bots review reports, if a real person looked at reports I’m pretty sure the accused would also get banned, it just doesn’t help that the “ambassadors” give out bot **** responses too, I just wish a real person would respond, but instead I get a bot that copies and pastes the same information that you get in the email another automated bot sends out after you get banned. **** corporations.
