Can you tell us what other steps have you tried so far such as clearing cache of your Windows Microsoft store? A huge amount of Windows Store cache data can be another major reason why you are facing the problem. So, as a solution, you may try to clear the Windows Store cache to fix the issue. You can do so by using the windows settings or the built-in command-line tool called WSReset.exe. Here are the steps you need to follow:

1. Open Command Prompt in the administrator mode.

2. In the CMD window, type WSReset.exe and press the enter key.

You can even search for wsreset.exe. Or just press the Windows key + R then type the command.

If you are still facing a problem the next thing is to reset the Microsoft store, follow the below steps to reset Microsoft Store.

1. Open the Settings menu.

2. Navigate to Apps > Apps and Features.

3. Scroll down until you come across Microsoft Store in the list.

4. Tap on the Advanced option.

5. Choose Reset in the following window.

Now, restart your system, open Roblox, and check if the problem is fixed.

Hey, sorry for the late reply! I have both installed, Roblox from Windows Store and Roblox from the Roblox Website. Should I try recording from the Roblox on the Website?

Sorry to hear it didn' work for you! Just to clarify, do you remember if you have installed Roblox via Microsoft store directly? Or if it is via the Roblox website?

There is a similar post like this though it is not related to recording, but others have installed Roblox directly from the Roblox website and that removes the cursor link for reference https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

But for this you may need to uninstall the Roblox first then reinstall it via the Roblox website instead.

Okay, it worked! Yay! So I guess I will have to be recording from the website one! Thank you so much for helping me!
