    Because the money has not been reflected on my card.

    After reimbursing FIFA 23, it's $30.30

    I can't lose them in any way, please help.

    Be aware, it will take between 3 to 5 business days for money to be refunded back to a credit/debit card.

    FIFA 23 Xbox one version purchased on a Xbox series X console.

    I have the same problem. I have just bought the wrong Fifa 23 version. Instead of Fifa 23 x box series S accidentally I bought xbox one version. And didn't even installed it. Let's wait for the refund result as I made a ticket refund recently.
