    verification failed.


    I've had my account for over 12 years now and spent nearly ten thousand dollars on games digitally in that time. I've been locked out of my account and because I cant answer enough of the verification questions and the phone linked to the account is from 12 years ago, I have no way of getting my account back. Support has been unhelpful as well. I'm beginning to feel resigned to the fact that I've lost everything and considering switching to playstation because of this.

    that's super unfortunate, That'll be the last Microsoft product I purchase then. If I've lost everything I'll be switching to Playstation I guess :/

    Yes unfortunately if you do not have enough info it is quite hard to get an account back :(
