Unfortunately you can not track a stolen console

All you can do is change your account´s password to secure your account and report the console

I recommend that you report your stolen console to your local law enforcement as well as your insurance company. You’ll need to provide the serial number for the missing console. To find it:

Sign in to your account, and then select All Devices under the Devices category.

Sign in and review your devices

Go to the console that was stolen and select Show details.

The serial number is listed under Device details.

ALl you can really do is make sure to change the password on your MS/Xbox account so that it (theoretically) signs you out of the console and report the theft to the police
