Hori Racing wheel not turning on.

About a year ago, I received a Hori Xbox steering wheel and pedals. I played on it for a few months and suddenly, it just stopped working. So when I turn my xbox on and plug the USB cable in, the light on the wheel flashes but doesn't actually turn on. I have tried many things like factory resetting my xbox and trying to update the wheel software but nothing works. Please suggest anything that might help.
