    How can I fix a broken weekly set streak on xbox?


    The Microsoft rewards on xbox app has broken my streak despite me not missing a week, I tried to get help through the rewards help section but it won't accept my email address, what am I supposed to do?

    Rewards on XBox keeps resetting

    I am not talking about the normal dailies resetting. I am saying EVERYTHING resets. The monthly is resetting every day as well as the weekly streak. Rewards is broken on XBox.
