    Code: 0x803FB107 error when installing on microsoft store


    cannot install anything on microsoft store for past 3 days. am on windows 11 and have tried every fix available online (reset and repair apps, reset cache, delete cache, reinstall microsoft store, clean reinstall windows 11, ran troubleshoots etc.) issue still persists. cant get help from anywhere else so hope someone can help solve this.

    I am sorry to hear about the issue. Let's do our best to sort this out.

    To confirm, are you trying to download & install a game?

    You mentioned only about Microsoft Store, I suggest that you launch your Xbox app and Xbox Console Companion app if they're installed on your PC then sign in your account. Try to download a game through the Xbox app.

    On the other hand, try to connect your computer to a different network connection. You could try your mobile data hotspot. As for your router, try to reset it first by unplugging it from the power source and wait at least 5 minutes before turning it back on - if possible perform a factory reset to reset its configuration.
