Discus and support Redeemed game code for PC via Xbox app , this did not work, trying to access via Microsoft... in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I purchased Ori and am unable to access the game via the Xbox app. Every time I do so it gives me a sad face :( I would like to try to download it...     I purchased Ori and am unable to access the game via the Xbox app. Every time I do so it gives me a sad face Redeemed game code for PC via Xbox app , this did not work, trying to access via Microsoft... :(

    I would like to try to download it another way but it says the code has been redeemed. The code is : [mod removed]

    Been getting this recently myself.

    Are you able to redeem the code via the xbox app on a phone or pc/laptop?

    I've had the exact same message trying to redeem 2 game codes on the console but am able to redeem them via my phone.

    Are you on a PC or Laptop? If yes, please try redeeming the code via the Xbox App.

    no as you have to get vbucks via ingame or through the epic store on pc, fortnite on pc has nothing to do with microsoft or xbox.

    you can redeem on pc via xbox app or store but to access them you need to be on xbox console version of the game.

    Enter store via PC and redeem it.
    It was already stated on the above replies that I did indeed try, the app, mobile site, pc website to no avail.

    If it is a 25 digit 5x5 code, then you can redeem the code on the Xbox, PC via the Microsoft Store, Xbox Website or the Xbox app on Windows.
