How do you fix a party chat that wont stop connecting

Whenever i join or get invited to a party i get stuck connecting and i eventually disconnect. My nat is open but it switches to moderate randomly, if i restart my wifi it fixes for abreif moment i can join a party but if i leave or attempt to rejoin il get stuck connecting again and disconnect again.

If there’s a restriction on the router I would suggest you contact the network provider or try to reset it. You can also try connecting your console to a different network like mobile hotspot, if it works then that confirms that the issue your new router.

Its still not resolved, this is a new router and i only had this problem on this router could that be the reason if so do you know of any more ways to fix this issue?

Hello! I appreciate you trying the steps. If that did not work, try to power cycle your Xbox and router. Kindly turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds and then plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.
