Xbox Cloud Gaming Black screen instead of the actual game

Have you tried some of these fixes here instead, some people have had luck with them.

This exact problem happened to me. I just updated and boom just black screen instead of home screen. I click report a problem and it goes to open the app then black screen. I put in a disk and loads up the game screen and then black screen.

"the Xbox, it just comes up with a blank screen and freezes. I also switched to another network and that also made no difference. I can still use the Xbox without signing in",

I'm a bit confused with blank screen and still being able to use xbox without signing in.
