do you mean reset the xbox or reload the level? i'll reload a previous save if there is a missable achievement but i wont turn the xbox off while it's playing a game.

The previous advisors told me to factory format the console, I did yesterday and then I reloaded all games. I played Just Cause 3 then it crashed and froze to the Home Screen. I reloaded the game and my perfectly functioning controller, starts becoming difficult to handle, is the console dying? My controller has had absolutely no issues before?

That is very strange. I wonder if it even flows over into other characters if it does it in previous saves. I know how annoying it can be. I tried to get out for 15 minutes. I dismissed my Follower and reloaded. It worked after that.
