yeah I believe one of the people I sent it to, sent it further for more investigation

trust me, I was on the phone with Microsoft for 3 hours today, there is no trouble shooting you can throw at me I haven't already done

Kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.
