I don't think you can refund fortnite crew

It doesn’t let me purchase the Fornite crew?

All you need to do is go to Request an Xbox refund | Xbox Support, sign in using the account that made the purchase, select the item you want a refund for and then request the refund!
After your refund request is approved it shall take from 3 to 5 business days for your money to be back!

If you do not see the charge please do this:

Choose the option "Why don't I see the purchase in my list?" then "I don't see the purchase"



Choose the last option "none of the above apply, I still can't find my order" then "request a refund"

After you submit this form, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up emails that’ll include instructions on how you can keep track of the status of your request. They will send you a response with the refund decision within 72 hours.

With regards to Fortnite crew, yes it is a subscription in the game itself so it will auto-renew by Fortnite.

If you are seeing your order number on the Microsoft order history page or at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders you may request a refund for it. Just get the order number then visit https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-... to submit a refund request to Xbox refunds team.
