Can't access Snowrunner DLC

Let's try to verify and repair your game files.
Open the Xbox app for Windows.
In My Library, select the game title.
Select the More options (…) button and choose Manage.
Select Files and then Verify and repair.

Once done, restart your PC before launching the game.

So it turns out, when you buy the year passes you still have to click and download the individual dlc.....Im good now. thanks.

Please, make sure to make your XBOX the home console of your account.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

To make this your home Xbox, select Make this my home Xbox.

Then, please, power cycle your console.

Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 60 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 60 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.

Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.
