Is there actually just no way to get rid of a suspension from xbox online

Today I just got a 4-day suspension in my opinion wrongfly so as although my voice message had things like me saying [mod removed] I didn't realise that that broke tos cos damn if that's the case then I know a lot of people who've done the same and this hasn't happened to them as this is our humor and then my freind who we won't after this reports me for no reason even though he no doubtedly made one cap excuse in the report and the worst part is the fact that a the thing sais that even if I appeal it isn't gonna Evan lower my suspension even for a good reason Evan though this "freind" of mine has said so much racist stuff aka straight up the n word and hard rs I get a ban just for the f word #system corrupt I'm not looking for an un suspension or pity I just want this system saughted

I apologize, but just a friendly reminder that for enforcement action there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team. There is no direct contact with them, only by reporting and filing a case review.

To help you, I would recommend signing in to https://enforcement.xbox.com to get more details along with checking if you're eligible to file a case review.

If you have already filed a case review but denied, you may need to wait for the suspension to end.

No one here can get rid of your ban since that is an Enforcement issue, and they don't frequent the forums. They issued a suspension for a reason not because of spam reporting. The suspension can come at any time, so if you weren't online at the moment
it was issued, that has no relevance. They just happened to give it when you weren't.

HHi and yes i did but i can play on live and connect to live i just cant message or talk witch i assume is the communication suspension is there a way to submit anything for this ?? I dont want to get rid of it i love it and cant afford to switch it around
