    I purchased a game, but it is not available for download on the console.


    I purchased the game here:

    On that page, it shows that I own the game.

    On the console (xbox 360) it does not show up under my games. When searching for the game on the console, it shows that I have to purchase it.

    I have purchased another game in exactly the same way, and I could see it on the console.

    How do I troubleshoot this?

    Sorry I misread that part Bertus.

    Can you check if it is appearing on your download history (I know you have not downloaded it) but purchades games should appear there

    Sign in to Xbox Live using the gamertag that you used when you originally purchased the content.

    Go to Settings and select Account.

    Select Download History.

    Browse your download history

    On that page I clicked the "download on xbox 360 link", and it started downloding on the xbox. I had to retry it a few times though, because I got a "there is something wrong with xbox services" message, so maybe something was wonky in MS backend services as well.

    I tried to follow these instructions, but it does not match what I see. Are you sure these instructions are for xbox 360?

    Delete account Cache

    Remove Account:
    1. Press the Xbox button.
    2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.
    3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then Remove.
    4. Close.

    Power Cycle:
    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

    2. Wait for 5 minutes and then turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

    Add Account:
    1. Press the Xbox button.
    2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.
    3. Enter the Email Address and the Password.
    4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.
    5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console again.

    After that, check your library again
