    Hello Roberto, sorry to hear you're having trouble with the code.

    I'm afraid that Game Pass and Gold membership codes are region specific and cannot be used outside of the country they were intended for. It seems as though you may have purchased this code from an online retailer. I would recommend getting in contact with them to receive a code that's proper for your region.
