I tried all the reset options sent my xbox series x out for repair through my extended warrenty through Allstate, both times it came back saying a full audit was performed and your device passed all diagnostic tests. The repair depot could not duplicate the issue you reported. The technical specialist also ran a functionality check on every major hardware component on your unit to confirm the item is fully functional but still have the same issue as you. Microsoft support hardware teamwanted me to send into them for a fee of $299.00 which i cant afford because im on low income. There is alot of times i cant even log into my main profile.

You mentioned that you reset all your settings, did you mean the factory reset but you chose to keep your games and apps?

What error message are you getting there exactly when trying to add friends? How many are you friends already?

Try adding a friend as well on the web https://account.xbox.com/Profile if you're getting the same issue.

I’ve reset the console in general holding down the power button and resetting, I have the series X, I don’t know to remove games from quick resume, I haven’t deleted anything.

Hi there I have an Xbox series X I’ve checked all game adds on there all fine I’ve cleared the cache on the game also done a hard reset of the Consol as well , I’m I load up call of duty vauguad and that work fine it’s just seems to be then new mw2

I don’t really think it’s a developers problem as my friends have finished these games on Xbox One X without crashes, I think it’s something about my console but I can’t figure it out.
